After a year of setting up the translation and transcreation team along with the ways of working and setting up the processes to effectively support 31 langauges, I transitioned back into a creative lead role; I currently serve as the ACD of copy for global content and branding. More to come.

Working with Global Creative Services, my team and I are standardizing elements, collateral, and jobs across Workforce Staffing, EU Corporate, and Amazon Stores to help improve countries' launches while confirming content is appropriate for and resonates in the targeted country.

With four direct reports, I cover three North American countries, thirteen EU countries, seven LATAM countries, four in MENA, and four in APAC. In total, there are 31 languages and cultures to monitor and update content, with the ultimate goal of improving the hiring experience for warehouse associates and corporate employees.

Joined Global Workforce Staffing to help redefine and
re-envision the Amazon hiring experience for brand associates. 

Expanded the duties and responsibilities of the writing team to include all Workforce Staffing advertising and marketing collateral across US, Canada, and Mexico markets. Led a team of 4 writers as direct reports within the first 18 months.

Worked closely with the EU team to create standardized branding across the North American and European markets. 

Helped take the Marketing Cost Per Day 1 Start from $495 in 2021 to just $96 in 2023.
